Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may enter the processing stage, making it difficult to cancel without incurring additional costs. Orders canceled after the 24-hour window may be subject to processing fees.

How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email or phone with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process and provide any necessary instructions.

Refund Process
For orders canceled within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Partial Cancellations
If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact our customer service team. We will assess the feasibility and do our best to accommodate your request. Any applicable fees will be communicated during the cancellation process.

Pre-Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests for pre-order items must be made before the product is shipped. Once a pre-order item is dispatched, our standard cancellation and refund policies will apply.

Cancellations After Dispatch & Rejected Shipments
If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched or if delivery is refused or missed, shipping costs for both the original shipment and the return will be deducted from the refund. These costs will be calculated based on actual shipping fees.

Rejected Shipments: If the delivery is rejected due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, return shipping costs will also apply.
Cancellations in Transit: If you decide to cancel your order while it is in transit, please notify our customer service team immediately. Shipping costs up to the point of cancellation will be charged.
Refund Calculation
In cases where cancellations occur after dispatch or if shipments are rejected, the refunded amount will be calculated after deducting all shipping charges. A detailed refund breakdown will be provided when your refund is processed.

In rare cases, Kattwalk Couture reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability or payment issues. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
